UDO Canada is excited to announce that the UDO Canadian Street DanceChampionships took place on Saturday April 7th 2012 at the Hoop Dome in Toronto, hosting competitions in Hip Hop, Popping, Locking, Breaking and House in Solo, Duo, Quad, Crew and battle format in several age divisions starting as young as 6 & Under to 18 & Over in Beginner to Advanced levels.Our hosts Norm and Lenny were amazing, so was DJ Serious. Our judges Turbo, Fly Lady Di, Neo Boog, Scramblelock, Gadget, Frank Boogie, Boneless, Kaze, Primal and S.M.G witnessed some amazing talent from little kids to adults and showcased their own talent at the end of the competition, see judges page.

  
It was the dream of the founder of Street Dance Canada and organizer of the UDO Canadian Street Dance Championships Jade Jager Clark, to bring all age categories and all street dance styles under 1 roof and it was an enormous success.

  
The World’s will witness Canada’s great talent as Canada will be present for the first time at the UDO World Street Dance Championships.
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed Teams, Solos, Duos, Quads and Crews in each category and age division qualified to represent Canada at the UDO World Street Dance Championships in Black Pool England in August 2012!! Past participants of the UDO World Street Dance Championships include Diversity (Winner Britain’s Got Talent, Street Dance 3D), Jabbawockeez, Philippine All Stars and many more.United Dance Organization (UDO) has become the World’s largest Street Dance Organization since its formation in 2002.
  
Over the last 8 years UDO has expanded its operations from England to Holland, Scotland, Poland, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Russia, Portugal, France, five African nations and just added Canada as the latest addition to the UDO family. There are over 20,000 official members worldwide who participate in the UDO competitions every year.
We are looking for the best street dancers in Canada! So regardless if you are a trained dancer, are part of a crew or school team or self-taught, if you think you have what it takes to represent Canada on the International Stage then we want to see you at the 2013 UDO Canadian Street Dance Championships!
